Gus is serious indeed. He was easy to speak with regarding the proper way to prepare the existing surface gif new flooring, and he explained the proper methods for luxury vinyl tile.

He delivered on everything he specified, and every joint in the floor, every doorway transition, all of the moldings and door jambs were cut precisely and perfectly.

I would recommend Gus in a heartbeat. He was fast, precise, competent and professional. Exactly what a contractor should be.

I highly recommend Gus of Serious Gus Flooring and his helper, Osana. Gustavo is very knowledgeable and a professional in the flooring business. When I called him, I had already purchased the flooring. He gave me the exact square footage needed to make me realize that what was suggested in the showroom and what was purchased was far from accurate. Having this information upfront prevented a significant inconvenience before starting the project. The quality of their work and work ethic is outstanding. He even threw in a second layer of protection for the room by installing a plastic moisture barrier. Bamboo floors can warp and swell with excess moisture. I had no idea! They were very accommodating and did an exceptional job! I will sure keep him on my priority list for future projects.
